Growing up in Opotiki was such an awesome experience. I remember my parents involving us in a lot of community activity including Squash, Tennis, Swimming Club, Rugby, Touch and I can’t forget Kapa Haka.  Based on my wonderful experience as a child, I had the same desires for my daughter, so when she came into our lives we made a decision to return.

 

After college I went out into the world and completed a Diploma in Travel, Tourism and Business Studies (Auckland), Certificate 3 in Telecommunications and Certificate 4 in Training Small Groups and Work Place Assessment (Perth Australia).

 

I have over 10 year experience in people management working 5 years for B Digital a Telecommunications company in Perth Australia and 5 years for Gen-i Telecom NZ.

 

I have 3 passions Service Delivery, Continuous Improvement and People.   It has always been my dream, to give back to the community that gave me such a great childhood. Working for the Whanau Ora Team allows me to live that dream. Kia Ora Koutou katoa.  Mauri Ora.
